Today I shopped in the store during my lunch break. I unknowingly dropped my work badge, and a worker by the name of Matthew found it. Matthew walked around the entire store until he found me so that he could return my badge. I would like this review to go in his employee evaluation file, (for his next review) if possible, to show how Matthew went above and beyond for a customer. Thank you Matthew for your diligence, and outstanding customer service!

The kids at the self checkout are so polite. The good service goes a long way, and it's a breath of fresh air to see these kids putting effort into their customer service job. You don't see that often

They answered my call right away. April at the floral shop looked for an avengers balloon and my nephew loved it. Great service and got what you need. Walmart didn’t even answer.

I didn't know this was a grocery store until today. I kept thinking it was a book store or something til my friend bought me here. Very nice deli, cute plant section when you walk in. They make some very cute cakes and have a very nice and fresh produce section. The fresh meat and seafood section is small but they have a great selection of crab legs shrimp and steaks. They even have a blood pressure machine to check you vitals for free. I will definitely return to this store in the near future.

Thank you April! After calling multiple grocery stores in Forney, she was the only one who insisted on getting some balloons inflated for me. I believe she said she was head/management of the floral department. I’ll definitely go to her in the future for making customers a priority.

So, my second visit to the Forney store in about 1 year. I do not live nearby but this a new job - I work a mile down the road. Tanya was so wonderful in the bakery/deli area early yesterday morning. She stopped, went out of her way to acknowledge me. I have not had such friendly, warm customer service from most stores - including the new HEB. What a delightful breath of fresh air, I will be coming back to this store MORE because of Tanya and her amazing customer service. Customers do notice, we love being appreciated and more employees should be like HER!!!! Caroline Vigilante Ft. Worth, Texas
